Haven Hope works in partnership with local churches and community groups to provide safe spaces for young people (aged 12-18) struggling with problematic anxiety. 

These groups run monthly during term-time and are free to join, with no referrals necessary. We currently have groups running in Harpenden and St Albans.

There is no prescribed duration for participating in a Haven Hope Local Group, each individual can tailor their Haven Hope journey to suit their needs.
